Are you insured and bonded?

Yes with Pet Sitters Association. Coverage certificate available upon request.

Why use a professional sitter?

Your pet will be in their usual happy surroundings and get plenty of TLC from us and their usual feeding and walk times. We also grab mail, take out trash, water plants, etc. If there is a problem with your pet or home we will notify you ASAP.

What types of pets do you take care of?

We take care of any pets you have that like us too.

How do I schedule service?

We need to meet first and see if we’re a good fit for you and your loved ones. You can message us directly from our website or text/call at 512-971-4388.

What is your cancellation policy?

For weekly walks we ask for half of the service fee if cancelled less than 24 hour notice.
For any sitting dates cancelled less than 48 hours of service we ask for 40% of the entire scheduled service.

How do we handle severe weather jobs?

If it’s a low to medium rain we’ll walk your dog if we can get them out for the full walk or just to potty and then hang inside. For a major thunderstorm we’ll try to get them out to potty quickly and then hang inside depending on road conditions. If there is ice on the roads and it’s reported unsafe to drive we can’t show up until the roads are safe.

Will my dog walks be tracked and include visuals?

Yes we have a gps we use and plenty of pics and vids for updates to show you how your pet is doing.

Do you charge extra for weekend walks or sits?

We do not.

Do you charge extra for same day requests?

Yes $5

Do you charge extra for holidays?

Yes-$10-please see specific holidays on rates page.

How will I be billed?

We accept Venmo or Zelle or cash. Weekly walks due by Friday. Pet sitting care due the day before starting.

What if there is an emergency with a pet?

The pet will be taken to the closest vet emergency care animal hospital ASAP.

Require Dog Walking or Pet Sitting Services in Austin?
